ATTENTION!!! Speaking may be scheduled both within a week before the test date and within a week after the test date.
Candidates are informed about their speaking time on the test date but in case speaking is held before the main date they are informed five or seven days before.
For nonresidents speaking will be appointed on the test day in a priority order.
Locations where speaking is held not on the main date can be changed. Candidates are informed about speaking
location on the test date.
