BKC IELTS Centre coordinates over 20 IELTS Test Centres in Russia.

On-line registration is a service for booking a place at the IELTS session if you are planning to take the Test in Moscow. In order to register for the IELTS sessions in the other cities, please contact local test centres directly.

On-line Application Form

In order to register online, choose the IELTS module you are planning to take, choose any of the 48 test dates, in which IELTS test takes place in Moscow, and fill in the application form, thus booking a place at the chosen session for 5 days.

If the 5-day deadline can’t be met for some reason, please contact the Centre manager at ielts@bkc.ru or +7 (495) 604 45 89.

Finishing the registration procedure

Please note that filling in the Application form online only books you a place for 5 days, in which the test fee of 8000rur is to be paid. The bank receipt with our company bank details will be e-mailed to you once you submit the online Application Form.

The test fee might be paid in any bank, but Moscow filial of “Uralsib” will not demand any commission for the payment.

To finish the registration you will need to sign the printout of the Application form, sign the contract for provision of the Test Centre services, have your finger scanned, and a photograph taken. This is to be done at our office. The procedure is obligatory for every Candidate, and lasts for no longer than 10 minutes.

Registration for Candidates from towns other than Moscow

If you are willing to take the IELTS Test in Moscow, but do not have a chance to come to our office in person, you may provide the documents required for the registration and undergo the biometrics security procedure on the test day.

Please remember to book a place at the session by filling in Application Form online.

Here is the list of the required documents:

• Filled in and signed Application Form (hard copy with your signature in ink, the form to be downloaded here: http://ielts.su/uploaded_files/IELTS_Application_Form.pdf)
• A copy of the receipt confirming test fee payment (8000 rubles)
• Two photos (3,5*4,5cm)
• A copy of your Passport/National Identity Card
• A copy of additional ID with your photo (e.g. student ID, Visa)
• Signed contract for provision of services for holding the IELTS Test (hard copy with your signature in ink; to be filled in Russian: http://ielts.su/uploaded_files/Application_for_registration.pdf)

The whole set of documents might be either handed over to us, or sent by post, or delivered by an express delivery service (PonyExpress, EMS, etc).

We will confirm the receipt of the documents by e-mail as soon as we get them.
